Medical, dental, and aesthetic services are provided and offered through our clinic and are at your disposal. By making a consultation or booking a treatment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our clinic.<\/p>\n

Duration of validity of services<\/h2>\n

All prepaid services are valid for a maximum of 1 year, once this period has expired they cannot be used or refunded.<\/p>\n

Reservation policy:<\/h2>\n

The reservation will be considered confirmed once payment\/pre-authorization has been made.<\/p>\n

100% prepaid at the time of booking for:<\/h3>\n

  • Nephrology<\/li>\n
  • Cardiology<\/li>\n
  • Physiotherapy<\/li>\n
  • Therapy<\/li>\n
  • Psychiatry<\/li>\n
  • Videoconsultations<\/li>\n
  • Weekend and holiday dental and medical visits<\/li>\n
  • Emergency dental and medical visits<\/li>\n
  • Home visits<\/li>\n
  • Prescriptions renewal<\/li>\n
  • STD testing, Covid, drug.<\/li>\n
  • Dental appointments longer than one hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    50% prepayment upon acceptance of the estimate and 50% on the day of the intervention or completion of the treatment.<\/h3>\n

    • Surgeries<\/li>\n
    • Health check-ups<\/li>\n
    • Veneers<\/li>\n
    • Dental implants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Pre-authorization of 75\u20ac<\/b> to make the reservation of the rest of the services, including free appointments (first orthodontic and nutrition appointments for example).<\/p>\n

      The pre-authorization will be charged only in case of non-compliance with the cancellation policy.<\/p>\n

      Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

      In case of 100% prepaid:<\/h3>\n

      • Cancellations within 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.<\/li>\n
      • If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In case of prepayment of 50 % for surgeries:<\/h3>\n

        In our clinic:<\/i><\/h4>\n

        • Cancellations within 48 hours of surgery, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.<\/li>\n
        • If you cancel with less than 48 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          In external collaborating centers:<\/i><\/h4>\n

          • Cancelaciones antes de 7 d\u00edas de la cirug\u00eda, el 100% del prepago ser\u00e1 devuelto<\/li>\n
          • If you cancel with less than 7 days or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            In all the above cases, for international returns, a charge of \u20ac15 will be deducted.<\/p>\n

            In case of pre-authorization of 75\u20ac.<\/h3>\n

            • Cancellations within 24 hours of the visit will not be charged.<\/li>\n
            • If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, a penalty of 75 euros will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              It is important to note that these policies may be subject to change and it is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the current conditions at the time of making a reservation. All prepaid services are valid for one year.<\/p>\n
